1. How InterMed Mobile Works

When Users and/or Customers download InterMed, the system will ask for their and/or Customers' agreement to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

2. Data Acquisition and Collection

InterMed only collects device data and user information for the purposes of running the service. The device data and information that InterMed will collect include:

• Information for Registration: To use the InterMed application, we will ask users to register their personal data in the InterMed application so that users can use the features available on InterMed.
• Device Information and Data: InterMed will store information or access data when the user uses the application, such as:
  • Personal Data: InterMed will store the user's Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Address, and Email address.
  • Booking Information: InterMed will store the booking date and time, along with the patient's complaint.
  • Medical Action Consent: InterMed will store the Medical Action Consent entered by the user after making a booking.

3. Data Use

The InterMed application will process and use user data to provide the Doctor Appointment Booking service. The collected data will be processed and analyzed on the server to generate information that will later be provided to the user.

The stored data and access will be processed for the following purposes:

• Displaying member data information
• Displaying doctor appointment booking information
• Displaying medical action consent information

All features can only be used if you grant permission or consent to perform the action. For example, the application will only upload booking information that you select and approve.

This data is stored encrypted on a secure InterMed server and is not shared publicly.

4. User Data Protection

Data is stored securely in encrypted format and will not be shared with any third parties. The application will only record and process user data for booking purposes and obtaining medical action consent from users who have registered with InterMed.

5. Data Sharing and Transfer Terms

Your Personal Data will not be shared by InterMed with any company or entity except the company or entity with which the user has booked a doctor's appointment with InterMed.

InterMed will comply with the regulations in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology concerning Data Protection. We uphold the confidentiality of users' personal data to create a healthy privacy climate. The mechanisms and methods for obtaining and using data adhere to strict regulations stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology.

6. Consent

As stated above, by registering for or using services on the application or website, or by clicking the "Register" button or equivalent when creating a new account on InterMed, you:

• Consent to InterMed collecting, using, sharing, and/or processing the aforementioned personal data for the purposes described above.
• Consent to receive information related to user needs from InterMed.

The data is stored encrypted on secure InterMed servers and is not shared with the public.
